Masterfile Acquisition Deadline Extended... again   Tweet

Arius3D Corp. and Masterfile Corporation have agreed to extend the closing of the proposed acquisition 31st March 2012. They originally entered into the agreement back in August last year and this is the 2nd time the deadline has been extended. Apparently Masterfile has received unsolicited expressions of interest from independent third parties and may enter into discussions regarding that interest. If that or other interest is formally confirmed to Masterfile prior to Arius3D receiving a satisfactory term sheet or commitment letter with respect to the transaction financing, Masterfile may enter into a binding arrangement with such third party. Imagestate closes... again   Tweet

Imagestate Media Ltd and Imagestate Media Partners Ltd have ceased trading and entered Administration. The agency has had many incarnations over the years and the assets have now once again been acquired by a new investor. The ongoing business of Imagestate will be managed by Impact Photos while Heritage Images will operate separately. Apparently, there will be a change in management structure but many of the existing staff will remain, so not much change really. More details can be requested via inform@imagestate.com.
